At-home vitamin D testing

Two ways to test. One simple kit.

Both use the same TGA-registered finger-prick kit and the same accredited lab. The difference is how deep you want to go — and whether you're testing once or twice. From $49.95 per kit.

FAQ

Before you order

The questions most people ask before placing their first test.

A small finger-prick onto a dried blood spot card included in the kit. Two minutes, no needle, no nurse. Full step-by-step instructions are inside the box.

No referral needed. Our test kits are designed for at-home self-collection. We always recommend discussing any clinically significant result with your doctor.

Standard measures your total 25(OH)D level — the form clinicians use to diagnose deficiency. Plus adds the Vitamin D Metabolite Ratio (VMR), which reveals how efficiently your body is activating and using the vitamin D it has. VMR is the only marker that can flag impaired metabolism that the standard test will miss.

Vitamin D status responds to changes (sunlight, supplementation) over about 8–12 weeks. The clinically-sensible workflow is: measure now, change something, then retest in 3 months to confirm what worked. The 2-pack covers both tests at a meaningfully lower per-kit price — $49.95/kit on Standard, $54.95/kit on Plus. Or share the second kit with someone you love. Each kit is individually packaged with its own collection card and reply-paid envelope; each result is emailed separately as a private PDF.

Most customers receive their full report within 3–5 working days of the lab receiving their sample.

Yes — free Australia-wide shipping both ways on every order. Kits arrive in 2–4 business days; your return is reply-paid.

Join our email list and we'll send you a single-use 10% off code for your first order. Enter it at checkout. The code applies to single kits only (Standard or Plus) — it's not combinable with the 2-pack offer, which is already discounted.

Stop guessing.Start knowing.

The whole process takes less time than booking a GP appointment — and tells you more about your vitamin D than a standard blood test.
